Hors, quand il y a des contraintes multiples, c&#8217;est encore plus difficile de d\u00e9cider en groupe. Sur le terrain, j&#8217;observe une tendance \u00e0 foncer pour d\u00e9fendre becs et ongles les int\u00e9r\u00eats du sous-groupe d&#8217;appartenance. On s\u2019identifie rapidement et facilement \u00e0 un petit groupe de semblables.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9cider en groupe est rarement d\u00e9cod\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Lorsque je demande \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe dans une organisation comment ils d\u00e9cident, on me regarde avec des grands yeux.<\/h3>\n<p>Dans des groupes stables, cela a pourtant tendance \u00e0 se produire toujours de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Celui qui parle le plus fort l\u2019emporte-t-il sur les autres ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Les r\u00e9unions n\u2019en finissent plus de tourner en rond tellement on recherche un consensus ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Il y en a qui parlent pour parler, sans contribution \u00e0 une solution ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Quel est l\u2019effet de ces diff\u00e9rents modes de d\u00e9cision sur votre organisme ?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Dans son livre \u00ab Par amour du stress \u00bb <a href=\"http:\/\/sonialupien.com\/\">Sonia Lupien, directrice du Centre d&#8217;\u00e9tudes sur le stress humain <\/a>nous apprend \u00e0 propos des fa\u00e7ons de d\u00e9cider en groupe :<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Avec un mode de d\u00e9cision autocratique dans un groupe stable et un leader masculin, ce dernier secr\u00e8te peu d\u2019hormones de stress. Alors que ses subordonn\u00e9s en secr\u00e8tent beaucoup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Dans un groupe ayant une hi\u00e9rarchie moins stable o\u00f9 leadership est partag\u00e9, celui qui se per\u00e7oit et est per\u00e7u comme \u00e9tant le leader vit beaucoup de stress. Tandis que ses subordonn\u00e9s en vivent peu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Dans un groupe ayant une hi\u00e9rarchie stable et une femme leader, elle a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre tr\u00e8s stress\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"list4\">Face au stress, les hommes ont tendance \u00e0 combattre ou fuir, les femmes ont tendance \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des liens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans des conseils d\u2019administration, la prise de d\u00e9cision \u00e0 majorit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9vue avec un quorum (nombre de participants). Alors que pour les \u00e9quipes de travail, ce processus de prise de d\u00e9cision est rarement d\u00e9fini.<\/p>\n<p>Dans des rencontres de type <a href=\"http:\/\/www.puq.ca\/catalogue\/livres\/groupe-codeveloppement-professionnel-573.html\">co-d\u00e9veloppement selon la m\u00e9thode d\u2019Adrien Payette<\/a>, les tours de table sont pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis. On v\u00e9rifie quechaque participant formule une question ou une recommandation. Ce type d&#8217;approche favorise la cr\u00e9ation de liens en r\u00e9solvant des probl\u00e8mes. Est-ce une approche de nature plus f\u00e9minine ?<\/p>\n<h3>Clarifier votre&nbsp;processus de d\u00e9cision implicite permet de l&#8217;am\u00e9liorer !
