Des d\u00e9cisions qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises sur un coup de t\u00eate et qui s\u2019av\u00e8rent co\u00fbteuses et erron\u00e9es, mais qu\u2019on s\u2019ent\u00eate \u00e0 maintenir pour ne pas heurter la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un d\u00e9cideur.<\/p>\n<h3>Cela cr\u00e9e des haussements d\u2019\u00e9paules, une perte de confiance et du cynisme.<\/h3>\n<p>Certains sujets sont ainsi esquiv\u00e9s et cela cr\u00e9e des failles dans l\u2019organisation.\u00a0 Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019une personne ext\u00e9rieure exprime avec courage son observation ou que l&#8217;organisation en meure !<\/p>\n<p>Ces situations sont contraires aux bonnes pratiques d\u2019affaires et \u00e0 la philosophie Agile qui repose sur notamment sur la transparence.<\/p>\n<p>Pour bien illustrer ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, je glisse ci-dessous le conte &#8220;Les habits neufs de l&#8217;empereur&#8221; publi\u00e9 en 1837 par Andersen :<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Il y a de longues ann\u00e9es vivait un empereur qui aimait par-dessus tout \u00eatre bien habill\u00e9. Il avait un habit pour chaque heure du jour.<\/p>\n<p>Un beau jour, deux escrocs arriv\u00e8rent dans la grande ville de l\u2019empereur. Ils pr\u00e9tendirent savoir tisser une \u00e9toffe que seules les personnes sottes ou incapables dans leurs fonctions ne pouvaient pas voir et propos\u00e8rent au souverain de lui confectionner des v\u00eatements. L\u2019empereur pensa que ce serait un habit exceptionnel et qu\u2019il pourrait ainsi rep\u00e9rer les personnes intelligentes de son royaume.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux charlatans se mirent alors au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques jours plus tard, l\u2019empereur, curieux, vint voir o\u00f9 en \u00e9tait le tissage de ce fameux tissu. Il ne vit rien car il n\u2019y avait rien. Troubl\u00e9, il d\u00e9cida de n\u2019en parler \u00e0 personne, car personne ne voulait d\u2019un empereur sot.<\/p>\n<p>Il envoya plusieurs ministres inspecter l\u2019avancement des travaux. Ils ne virent pas plus que le souverain, mais n\u2019os\u00e8rent pas non plus l\u2019avouer, de peur de para\u00eetre imb\u00e9cile.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le royaume parlait de cette \u00e9toffe extraordinaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le jour o\u00f9 les deux escrocs d\u00e9cid\u00e8rent que l\u2019habit \u00e9tait achev\u00e9, ils aid\u00e8rent l\u2019empereur \u00e0 l\u2019enfiler.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi \u00ab\u00a0v\u00eatu\u00a0\u00bb et accompagn\u00e9 de ses ministres, le souverain se pr\u00e9senta \u00e0 son peuple qui, lui aussi, pr\u00e9tendit voir et admirer ses v\u00eatements.<\/p>\n<p>Seul un petit gar\u00e7on osa dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9\u00a0: <span class=\"citation\">\u00ab Le roi est nu\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/span>\u00a0. Et tout le monde lui donna raison.
