Cette derni\u00e8re vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le leadership. Les m\u00e9thodes lean et agile caract\u00e9risent des nouvelles approches de gestion.<\/h3>\n<p>D\u2019une part, le leadership directif ne convient pas \u00e0 ces approches de gestion qui invitent \u00e0 la collaboration. Le leadership directif consiste \u00e0 dicter ce que les subordonn\u00e9s doivent faire. D\u2019autre part, soit, c\u2019est la demande qui tire sur les flux de production\/service dans le cas du lean. Soit on co-cr\u00e9e en proximit\u00e9 avec le client sur un cycle court (it\u00e9ration) en mode agile.<\/p>\n<h3>Quand ces nouvelles approches de gestion sont bien appliqu\u00e9es, une partie du pouvoir est descendue au niveau de ceux qui font et du client.<\/h3>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9velopper le leadership qui convient \u00e0 ces approches, on travaille sur le savoir-faire. Pas \u00e9vident de se changer quand on a tout le temps adopt\u00e9 les m\u00eames r\u00e9flexes. Lorsqu\u2019il y a de la r\u00e9sistance au changement souhait\u00e9 par la personne coach\u00e9e, on tient compte des \u00e9motions pour faire \u00e9merger une prise de conscience. Une prise de conscience est propice au changement de croyances. Ensuite, il est possible de changer ses comportements. C&#8217;est un processus typique du coaching de gestion.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les m\u00e9thodes de gestion lean et agile, on tient compte du niveau de maturit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe pour la soutenir et l\u2019accompagner. Il s\u2019agit d&#8217;accompagnement d\u2019\u00e9quipe. Parfois certains membres de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe ont besoin d&#8217;un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9 pour passer d&#8217;ex\u00e9cutant \u00e0 acteur du changement.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019observe de la souffrance quand le changement de m\u00e9thode de gestion est appliqu\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on drastique. Ou encore qu\u2019on applique \u00ab la m\u00e9thode pour la m\u00e9thode \u00bb sans consid\u00e9rer ce qui fonctionnait bien avant.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9veloppement du leadership et innovations dans les m\u00e9thodes de gestion : Comment s&#8217;y prendre ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le fait de commencer par une \u00e9quipe pilote compos\u00e9e des plus audacieux sur un enjeu ayant un risque limit\u00e9 est une bonne strat\u00e9gie. Celle-ci permet d&#8217;exp\u00e9rimenter et ensuite arriver avec une formule \u00e9prouv\u00e9e pour les plus timor\u00e9s. Le gros bon sens am\u00e8ne parfois des retours en arri\u00e8re et des m\u00e9thodes de gestion hybrides.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership va de pair avec les innovations dans les m\u00e9thodes de gestion. Le risque d&#8217;\u00e9chec est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 sans travailler son leadership.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019accompagnement au changement est n\u00e9cessaire, car il y a un processus de deuil entre avant et apr\u00e8s.<\/h3>\n<p>Selon les ressources int\u00e9rieures de chacun, le climat de confiance et la maturit\u00e9 du groupe, le changement peut prendre plus ou moins du temps.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;aime bien utiliser le profil Nova pour faire une photographie des individus et du groupe et les outiller pour mieux vivre ce changement.<\/p>\n<h3>Patience, bienveillance et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance !
