Ce mouvement se produit suite aux changements d\u00e9mographiques, la concurrence et la mondialisation. L\u2019utilisateur, le citoyen, le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire, le patient ou encore un autre d\u00e9partement deviennent \u00ab\u00a0Client\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019enjeu est l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 au risque de menacer la survie de l\u2019organisation \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui coince entre autres, c\u2019est que le personnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9 sur des crit\u00e8res d\u2019expertise technique sans que l\u2019aspect service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9. Par hasard certaines personnes ont le service client \u00e0 c\u0153ur et cela fonctionne bien. Pour d\u2019autres, cela demande d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le gestionnaire ce n\u2019est pas facile. J\u2019observe souvent un isolement, un manque d\u2019outils et de m\u00e9thodes pour accompagner ce mouvement.
