Et, le rapport au temps n&#8217;est pas le m\u00eame pour tous.<\/p>\n<h3>Certains r\u00e9agissent en urgentologue d\u00e8s qu\u2019un probl\u00e8me surgit !<\/h3>\n<p>Ils trouvent un rem\u00e8de temporaire en attendant la prochaine crise. Impatients de relever le prochain d\u00e9fi, ils carburent \u00e0 l&#8217;adr\u00e9naline. J\u2019en soup\u00e7onne m\u00eame certains de cr\u00e9er des mini-crises pour se sentir vivants ! V\u00e9ritables locomotives du changement, ils ont l&#8217;audace de prendre des risques et d&#8217;\u00eatre impopulaires. Ils se fient \u00e0 leur instinct ou leur intuition et cela leur donne une solide conviction. Et ceci m\u00eame s&#8217;ils ne disposent pas de toutes les donn\u00e9es. Ils sont capables de d\u00e9cider dans l\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 et dans l&#8217;incertitude.<\/p>\n<h3>D&#8217;autres figent face \u00e0 une situation inconnue et ont besoin de temps pour trouver la bonne r\u00e9ponse.<\/h3>\n<p>Ils ont besoin &#8220;<em>d&#8217;une douche et un dodo<\/em>&#8221; pour analyser ou se sentir confortable. Ils font des liens avec leurs exp\u00e9riences ant\u00e9rieures. Lorsqu&#8217;on prend le temps de les \u00e9couter, les solutions sont souvent plus durables. Le temps requis pour changer peut s&#8217;\u00e9tirer car ils consultent et recherchent le consensus. Ils se fient \u00e0 leur analyse ou \u00e0 leur ressenti pour prendre une d\u00e9cision. Ils se sentent inconfortables dans l\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 et dans l&#8217;incertitude. Leurs questions et leurs inqui\u00e9tudes ralentissent les personnes d\u00e9crites ci-dessus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9videmment les premiers avides de changements et de situations incongrues tapent sur les nerfs des seconds plus r\u00e9flexifs. Cette diff\u00e9rence peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du stress relationnel.<\/p>\n<h3>Pour survivre dans un environnement changeant, les entreprises ont besoin des deux styles de rapport au temps.<\/h3>\n<p>Et vous, quel est votre rapport au temps ?
