Quelle surprise quand je per\u00e7ois de l\u2019impatience et de l\u2019agacement chez les clients.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, vient mon tour ! Lorsque je demande de l\u2019information sur le service que je souhaite offrir, la repr\u00e9sentante de l&#8217;entreprise est compl\u00e8tement perdue. Voici qu&#8217;elle me tend son document plastifi\u00e9 avec les tarifs. Je constate alors qu\u2019elle ne connait ni les services, ni les prix. Elle demande ensuite l\u2019attention de sa coll\u00e8gue qui est d\u00e9bord\u00e9e \u00e0 sa caisse enregistreuse. Cette derni\u00e8re ne r\u00e9pond pas mieux \u00e0 ma question.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, je perds confiance.<\/h3>\n<p>Je perds confiance que cet \u00e9tablissement donnera un bon service \u00e0 la personne \u00e0 qui je souhaite faire ce cadeau. La repr\u00e9sentante m\u2019informe qu\u2019elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler le matin m\u00eame, sans formation pr\u00e9alable\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Une personne insatisfaite le dit \u00e0 au moins 13 personnes dans son r\u00e9seau traditionnel, cela va jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300 personnes si elle se plaint sur son r\u00e9seau social.<\/h3>\n<p>Propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprises, si vous investissez dans un kiosque en cette p\u00e9riode achaland\u00e9e, investissez aussi dans la formation du personnel de vente. Plus il s\u2019agit d\u2019un produit\/service \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e, plus le client est exigeant sur les comp\u00e9tences du vendeur.
